1. General Information
By making a purchase from us, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set out within this document.
The terms and conditions listed within this document are subject to change without prior notice and will be published here on our website as and when they are revised.
If you wish to place an order please have your credit or debit card to hand. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. All cards have to be registered to a BG address or in the country of purchase.
To place an order you must be 18 years of age or over. You will be asked to provide your personal details. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided by you for the purpose of ordering products from us are correct and that you have the necessary credit limits and/or authority to use the credit or debit card you present to us.
When ordering online for the first time you will be asked to create an account with us so will need to provide a valid email address as well as your general details. We have some of the most advanced methods of credit card and order taking security to protect our customers.
All orders are accepted subject to stock availability.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we were unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock, the item does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms and Conditions, such as age restrictions. We will send you the details of your order via email. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found within the order details page of your account.
Geppit.com reserves the right to terminate or withdraw any order for whatever reason it sees fit, without explanation to the purchaser. We will notify you if we do not accept your order. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of withdrawing any products from sale whether or not that product has been sold.
Our acceptance of your order will only take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance of an order.
We aim to have your order delivered in 1-14 days From order date. If you have still not received your order within this period please call our customer services team on +359 879147175 in the first instance to query the whereabouts of your order. In the event that that the order is undelivered our customer services team will arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you in the first instance or alternatively offer a full refund.
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery, or refund you with the amount paid for the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to limit our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Prices include VAT at the appropriate rate, and are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery charge is 7.99 BGN from 0-3KG to office of Speedy of your choice in Bulgaria. The tax fee for COD is 2 BGN for every 100 BGN.
4. Returns, cancellations and refunds
At Geppit.com we have taken every measure to ensure that all of our products are of a high quality, but for your peace of mind, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on every purchase (conditions apply). So if, for whatever reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can always send it back to us.
To cancel your order, you must contact customer services by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the day you receive the order. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days starts from when you receive the last item in the order. This is in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To return your order, all you need to do is make sure you keep all the product packaging, instructions and other contents, as well as the included dispatch note. Please note that returns are only accepted within 15 days for a full refund if they are unopened / sealed and not used. To return a product to us, please contact customer services in writing via email or call the customer services team as soon as possible so they can issue you with a returns number and inform you on the best way to return your good(s), without this returns number your refund or replacement may be delayed. You should complete the returns form on your despatch note or include a letter stating the reasons for your return. Please note if you wish to return your order you will be responsible for paying the return postage charges unless the item was damaged upon receipt or faulty.
If you require a refund, the reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will receive the refund within 7 days of returning the goods.
Damaged or faulty items
If there is a fault with the product, clearly state the details of the fault. You will need to contact Customer Services on +359879147175 or email email@example.com to discuss the best way to send the product(s) back to us. For all other cancellations other than the incorrect item being sent or faulty items, you must return the goods to us at your cost.
